Can anyone rent a scooter? Participants must present a valid photo ID or passport, which will serve as a deposit during tours and rentals. A minimum of one document per group is required. For rentals, a cash deposit of €100 per scooter is necessary. Drivers must be sober! If you arrive in an intoxicated state, the rental will be canceled without any refund.
What is the cancellation policy? We offer free cancellations with a 100% refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. After this time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Can I ride the e-scooters on rainy days? You can ride the e-scooters in almost any weather condition. We will provide gloves and rain covers if needed. It is important to dress appropriately for the weather. On extreem weather occasions we may need to reschedule bookings due to weather conditions.
What is included in the price? The price includes the e-scooters, a on-site training brfore you start riding and a safety helmet. Gloves and rain ponchos if and when needed.
